EIU at Norhtwestern...after NU beat Stanford, this will be even worse for the Panthers. I might watch the start, but it will probably get ugly quick.

Only the first two games mentioned in the original post are winnable FCS picks (Trees @ Boilermakers and Leathernecks @ Illini). Cal Poly is still a longshot against the Sun Devils, so is Charleston Southern against Troy.

Same 4 games I saw. But after last week, who the heck knows. PSU and ND were 2 unlikely wins.

Sun Devils are pissed after the Aggies had their way with them Saturday. Might be a tough one for the Stangs.

It's going to be a long Saturday for SFA and Lamar. Looking forward to seeing how Jacksonville State holds up against Auburn.

That said, either the Gamecocks will hold on (a la Fordham and Portland State) or will collapse in the dying minutes (a la SIU). Auburn has been a very good FBS team the past few seasons or so.

Not to whine over trivia, SIU did not "collapse in the dying minutes" but had a relatively inert third quarter offensively and "came back in the dying minutes" to almost win the game---But one thing I have to whine about is poor Mark Iannotti--he has over 500 yards total offense, throws for three TD's and over 100 yards rushing for a school record and because he plays for a team that has not had great seasons lately was named CO-OFFENSIVE PLAYER for the Valley with a guy who had a 8 receptions (160 yds , 2 TDS)--- just I think because he's been on a losing team and the other guy was on a winning one last year
