It was my understanding that we had agreed to at least a home-and home with Albany and a probable third game, but now Colgate's future schedules indicate only one game, in Hamilton next year. Anybody from Colgate or Albany know what happened?

Too bad I thought the same thing. Nice in-state rival could have developed??? Plus I like Turning Stone.

Albany you will be playing us in 2008, rumor says you may join our conference is this true?

I have only heard that on this message board and it was vigorously refuted by other Albany fans, many of whom have better info than I. Based on what they say I would say UA is not joining the Big South...but I've read crazier things.

Does any other BS team have us on their 2008 schedule?

Any NEC opponents on 2007 or 2008 Big South team schedules?

I'd love to see a NEC/BS challenge with these matchups:

Albany vs. Charleston Southern
Central Conn. vs. Coastal Carolina
Robert Morris vs. Gardner-Webb
Sacred Heart vs. Liberty
Wagner vs. VMI

Hey wait a minute! Why do you get to go to Myrtle Beach and play golf?

'08 Colgate sked also very challenging. We also have at least one game with Army, I think in 2011 or 2012.

Haha. I was trying to figure out who wasn't on that list. :)

I'd replace Sacred Heart with Monmouth. A better showing for the NEC for sure.

Well, the CSU/UA game started it, and yeah I want CCSU to go down to the beach :D

Monmouth is good and deserves a game, but I like the SHU/Liberty matchup to pit the Catholic school vs. Mr. Faldwell. I agree MU would have a much better chance at the win, so this was just for fun.

Gotcha. I do like the underlying plot of SHU and Liberty.:smiley_wi
And I think I'll be ok at the Ocean Course at Kiawah Island. That is a nicer course than any I'll find in Myrtle Beach anyway. :)
