Deon Young is a sophomore on the Northern Arizona football team from Inglewood, Calif. Young in his redshirt freshman season appeared in all 12 games making eight starts. He registered 33 tackles on the season and was credited with 3.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and one quarterback hurry. Young went on to earn Big Sky Honorable Mention accolades.
