The Sporting News has ranked Jacksonville State, Eastern Kentucky and Eastern Illinois in its FCS Preseason Top 25 for 2015 while also tabbing Jacksonville State's Jermaine Hough a preseason All-American in its annual yearbook which was published earlier this summer.
