Doubt that a bunch of these will play here when they have bigger all-star games. Still hope this one gets some folks in the stands. We need all the outlets we can get.

I heard that because of the date that all of these guys are showing up. Whitlock is in Hula Bowl but he is supposed to play in both.

Who are you thinking of who will get a bigger game?

I have heard that 1-2 might get a shrine invite. Who are the ones you are thinking of?

seems players these days rarely play in more than one game unless they have a lot to prove.

Some do it. The Vegas got a bunch of the Magnolia players to play in it too. I know what you mean but FCS players need all the exposure they can get and they are smart if they play in 2, if invited!

Really the only minor games are the new game (north-south), texas vs. nation, and east coast. Magnolia, Vegas, and Hula all have pretty good rosters. A player is stupid to not play in two unless he has a senior bowl invite.

"Magnolia, Vegas, and Hula" are comparable? Naw. Hula is head and shoulders above, no?

Not sure on the exact scout numbers of the games but rumor is Hula gets about 40-55, Vegas 70-120, and Magnolia about 30-50. Personally when thinking of a "minor" game one that brings about 5-20 scouts like the Cactus Bowl, East Coast Bowl, Aztec Bowl, and the new ones (texas vs. nation, north-south) come to mind.

What national channel is the LV and Magnolia games on? Isn't the Hula on network TV?

LV will be on NFL network. Not sure on Magnolia. Anyone on inside know about Magnolia?

Saw the press release on nfl.com about the LVAAC coming.

Magnolia will be in 2nd year, so a tv deal is probably coming in a year or so. It is a smaller game in terms of tv deals, attendance by fans, etc. it seems, but not in terms of talent. It had a player drafted and had about 40 who went to a NFL camp.
