ITHACA, N.Y. -- Two-time first-team All-Ivy League punter Chris Fraser has made a name for himself on the national scene, and that was proven out when he was named to the STATS FCS Preseason All-America Team today. Fraser is one of three Ivy League players on the list, joining Princeton wide receiver Seth DeValve and Harvard offensive lineman Cole Toner on the third team.
