Western Carolina opened its 2015 fall camp on Monday afternoon with its first preseason practice under sunny and hot conditions at E.J. Whitmire Stadium / Bob Waters Field. The 17-period session -- the first of 29 prior to the season-opener at home against Mars Hill on Sept. 5 -- lasted right at two hours.
