It's crazy. My friend gets them through his parents, who have 4. As far as I can tell, if they ever give them up, they can't be transferred and he's back down at the bottom of the list.
That will suck.

They can be willed to family members. Father -> Son/Daughter/Wife etc. However, Priority points are wiped out, but if the person the tickets are willed to can afford the cost of the tickets, they stay in the family.

Yeah our athletics financial support group has donor levels that allow you to buy those lower level tickets at those discount prices...
I'm a fan of watching from the upper level general admission seats. Too many blue hairs and empty corporate seats down in the lower level. All the working people enjoy the upper level. That's where the parties happen. xdrunkyx

Or you can wait until gameday, pay $10, and sit wherever the hell you want. I've never ended up farther away than midway back of Southside D, and that was at a Villanova/Richmond game. Every other game I've ended up within 2-3 rows of the front in either South C or South D.

UNH has very few seats this year because of the stadium reconstruction. There will only be one side open for seating. Rules are if you buy season tickets for this year (If you didnt already have them), then you get first priority in buying them in the new digs.

Had them for several years, then we were thinking of moving to the west coast, so cancelled them. Haven't been able to get back in the stadium since. Last I checked, there were over 50,000 ticket request, and I have a priority of around 9,000. Keep putting my name back in and see what happens.
