Overall, my assessment is that the top of the IL are extremely good teams, squads that would certainly give the top of the CAA a run for their money. The bottom four are in serious rebuilding mode, and don't seem close to the top four. Penn has at least two transfers from P5 schools they are hoping have some big impact on their team in the coming years. Columbia is starting over again with Al Bagnoli, and Cornell seems stuck in perpetual rebuilding mode.
Yale is a team that could get some Top 25 consideration from me if they start out strong. While Princeton is off the top three, it's not out of the realm of possibility that they get things together and make a run at the leaders.
