Pretty clear line were the NCAA mandated visitor tickets begin. You got a much larger portion of the East Stands than a visiting team would normally get.

The reviews are in:

Mercer - Need to build up the highlight portfolio so you can exclude excessive celebration penalties and terrible tackling fundamentals. Other than that, very good.
Western carolina - liked it, good beat, easy to dance to. Maybe could've used some better highlights.
CCU - Apparently CCU is in a really boring part of Ibiza. Total sausage fest.
McNeese - Nothing wrong with that. Lots of dancing. Would've liked to see highlights from the Nebraska game rather than Incarnate Word.
UCA I: The Slowmotioning - Slow
UCA II: The Lockerroom - Not as slow
Montana State I - not much of a plot
Montana State II - Best so far.
NCCU - Tighest plot of the bunch.
UND Hype Video #2 - Awesome twist at the end, "We still have something to accomplish." Yeah, it's called "anything."
YSU - Warning: Bunnies get humiliated in this video. Which was awesome.

That was the shoot to produce the scoreboard videos. I think they were pushing to release something so that put that up. I'm excited for football but unfortunately have to agree with you that it was a little lame.

There is a lot of tackling and bringing guys to the ground in that video. At 1:48 a tackler complete takes a guy to the ground. How does that fit within the NCAA rules on practice contact? http://www.ncaa.org/health-and-safety/football-practice-guidelines

I'm not questioning Mercer, here. The video just seemed to have a lot more contact than I would have expected from shorts and helmets. Maybe things have changed.

Seems strange because later in the same paragraph it says that live contact practice does not include drills involving wrapping up and taking a player to the ground and contact that is not aggressive in nature.

I guess those drills are reserved for something less than live contact. My first read was that the paragraph said live contact includes live tackling, but does not include taking a player to the ground. Still doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

I don't know the answer. That is why I am asking.
