The Southland Conference Football Preview, a two-hour show from the league's Football Media Day, which will be carried Wednesday on ESPN3 at 7 p.m. CT. The 2015 Southland Football Media Day will take place at L'auberge Resort in Lake Charles, La.

ACU Coach Collums likes 'It ain't my first rodeo'. He calls the QB the "mailman." Talks about "manhood," meaning he is interested in developing players into men, on an off the field. May work in references to crappie fishing, our new stadium (2017), and looking for recruits who are "twitchy."

UCA's coach is big on the generic coach word "special". Watch the 2 minute video and count how many times he says it. xlolx I guess he learned it under Pat Dye and the other big time coaches he worked with..who knows.

SFA II. Just saw the coaches poll. TCU is ranked 2nd. Number 1 Ohio State just suspended 4 players for its opener against VA Tech. If they lose, the Jacks could be playing the number one team in the country the second week of the season. How sweet a win would be for FCS.
