Eastern Illinois senior defensive tackle Dino Fanti has been named a second team preseason All-American by FootballGamePlan.com as the internet site unveiled its preseason All-American. **Fanti is one of four Ohio Valley Conference players represented on the preseason list.*Fanti was named to the preseason All-OVC team this past Monday at the OVC Football Media Day in Nashville.** Fanti has earned second team All-OVC honors each of the last two seasons.* Last year he led EIU with 15.5 tackles for loss which ranked third in the OVC and 43rd in the NCAA.* He finished the season with 64 tackles, two forced fumbles and a pass break-up.
