Eastern Kentucky senior running back Dy’Shawn Mobley was named the 2015 OVC Preseason Offensive Player of the Year while Jacksonville State senior defensive lineman Devaunte Sigler was named Preseason Defensive Player of the Year in a vote of by the league’s head football coaches and sports information directors.
