East Tennessee State: ETSU, VIP SEEN partner to publish Game Time Magazine

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (July 7, 2015) – The ETSU Department of Intercollegiate Athletics announced Tuesday that it has partnered with VIP SEEN, Inc., to produce a special preseason football magazine called Game Time, which will be available for purchase later this month at the ETSU Bookstore, as well as local Roadrunner Market and Food City locations.
