The Hilltoppers are off to a hot start with wins over Tennessee State and Towson. Western defeated Tennessee State 87 - 69 and then defeated Towson 95 - 72. They head to Las Vegas, NV to play the #1 Florida Gators on Friday night and then play Ball State on Saturday.

WKU gets blown out by Florida 101 - 68 but bounces back against Ball State on Saturday 76 - 66 so they are now 5 - 1 on the season. They next will play UAB tomorrow night in Diddle Arena.
