Man, you are all over the lot. How in the world do you like teams across the country and continent?

I became A Steelers fan in the earlty 70's, I just liked the nickname of some guy they called "Mean" Joe Green. With the A's I remember watching them on T.V. in the early 70's I thought the green and gold uniforms were pretty cool. And I thought Rollie Fingers handlebar mustashe was pretty awesome. Dr. J Played at Umass so when he went to the 76ers I became a fan. Plus I went to his basketball camp twice here at Umass, just a real nice guy. When I was a kid a played a ton of street hockey and all my friends liked the Bruins so I had to be different and I knew the Bruins and Montreal were a big rivalry so I became a Montreal fan, plus my grandparents came from Canada. My dad worked at Umass for about 40 years, my mom worked at Umass till she past away, they always took us to see them play so that's how I became a Umass fan, and now I work at the Umass games. I was a huge Herschel Walker fan so thats how I became a Georgia fan.
