Former Portland Trail Blazer great died earlier tonight (Wednesday).

Kersey was a member of the Blazer teams of the early 1990's that represented the Western Conference in the NBA Finals with Clyde Drexler and Terry Porter (among others). His death was sudden, he had been out on a team sanctioned function Tuesday night with Terry Porter and Brian Grant. The whole city of Portland is in shock.
