I am still surprised Richmond drew so little given the proximity between the two schools.

I think if they played the N C game at SMU's place (33,000 seats + a grassy hill in one end zone), NDSU and Ill. St would fill it.......

It's a shame the weather was so bad for the Montana State-SDSU game. That game would have drawn 14-16k with good weather....

In theory. Bloomington-normal could have a lot of mobile citizens. I think. I don't know how many of the Farm are ISU grads.

If I can accurately run a calculator the non-NDSU games have drawn 128,308 in 19 games.

NDSU's games have drawn 54,187 in 3 games.

Pretty safe bet that NDSU's 4 games will be half the attendance of all other playoff games combined.

Congratulations, in three games you almost brought in as many fans as last years Harvard/Yale game.

ESPN shows 50,934 for the 2013 Harvard/Yale game, only 31,062 this year.

Attendance for both Montana schools can be 100% blamed on the weather... we drove from Helena to Missoula, and the roads were terrible. White out conditions and snow packed. We saw several cars turn around and head back to Helena. If it wasn't for the snow storm, you can bet Montana would have seen 18-19,000 in Missoula that weekend.
