Still a long way to go, but it looks like USC controls its own fate for the national championship game.

Shouldn't matter, if Rutgers wins out they should play for the title.

Unfortunatly the politics at the top will probably put USC in the title game.

No, playing by far the hardest schedule in the country and going 11-1 (plus winning 2 of the last 3 NC's) will put SC in the championship game

Sorry, but I would rather see an undefeated team in the title game over ANY one loss team.

I don't totally disagree with you, but that's the reasoning that will be used, and it makes some sense

The politics of USC with the NCAA is keeping the Trojans in the title chase.

The NCAA has turned its back on the wrongdoings of Reggie Bush & his parents.

Rutgers deserves to go if they are undefeated. USC is coming around now, and the Notre Dame game could be a classic shootout. A team that is really flying under the radar is Wisconsin. The only game they lost was at Michigan. That new coach is doing a helluva job.

What tough games? Florida plays US this week and then a pitiful FSU. What sucks is with them being behind USC in the BCS, they are going to light the scoreboard up against my beloved Catamounts this week. It isn't going to be pretty.: smh :

GO CATAMOUNTS!!!

Rutgers is number 2 in the computer rankings, behind Michigan and ahead of Ohio St. What happens if Rutgers wins out and Ohio St. beats Michigan? Could Rutgers end up # in the computer polls?
