Man, this is excellent work FB. Wish we had this going every week this year. Listing this and the ESPN3 games and stuff like Big Sky TV was a deal I tried to get rolling last year but it just didn't take.
Great work my friend.

Great list. xthumbsupx
My East Coast bias screwed me up at first. I kept thinking there are an awful lot of weird starting times for these games. 20061

Thanks ursus, I usually post this stuff over on Bisonville and with all the games on TV this week thought I should post them here as well. Will try to do that more often.

There is a site maintained by an Louisiana State fan that shows nationally televised college football games across all classification levels. That site is a good resource IMO.

I guess Google search capabilities haven't reached the Palouse and nearby environs yet.

Has anyone had a bad experience with espn3?
ISUb at SIU was bad and I missed every kickoff and first down after commercials
ISUb at YSU was pretty good

The ESPN3 broadcasts aren't always produced by ESPN, so the quality can vary. I know for example that Lafayette's school-produced broadcasts are streamed by ESPN (i.e. ESPN3), as are the weekly Division II Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) games produced by the Pennsylvania Sports Fever network. The quality of the broadcasts is dependent on the group producing them, not ESPN (unless of course ESPN is producing them).

BTW FargoBison, I didn't mean to imply what you've put together isn't good; it definitely is. You should definitely post the Division I-AA TV schedule on here on a weekly basis, especially for people not also interested in Division I-A football. (The link I provided above is probably better for people interested primarily in Division I-A football but who also have interest in Division I-AA football.)

Don't worry about, that site you are talking about is actually one of the resources I use to put that list together. I usually look up the games there and then check my Direct TV Guide for anything that was missed by that site.

I think Elon @ James Madison is on American Sports Network (which SNY will televise), rather than Comcast Sports Net. Having the CAA on SNY makes it my April - November sports channel now (I like pain, what can i say).

Great list. Also, I think I've posted this before, but a college teammate of mine and I (from Mercer) started a company last year (developed a web service, really) that aggregates sports schedules and TV listings. We have actually integrated all the individual cable provider info for the US, and when you sign up (it's free) you put in your zip code and it gives you a drop down to pick your cable provider. You can also select which teams you want to follow and see just those games or all games. It will give you network and actual channel numbers for games. It's still a work in progress and we are trying to make it better, but we feel like we've come a long way to get it where it is. The data integration for a zillion cable companies wasn't the easiest thing in the world. Would love for you all to check it out and always appreciate any feedback as we try to develop the service.

Checked my guide today and noticed that Altitude 2 picked up the UCA-SHSU game(681-1 Direct TV). Also for the JMU game my guide says it will be on Comcast Mid-Atlantic and Comcast California. I think before I had it just listed as Comcast Sports Net.

Another question about ESPN3. It seems that all these games are available through PPV on college gameplan for DirecTV. has anyone seen both feeds and is Directv better quality for the money?

always had a good experience watching games on espn3 (mostly BSC and CAA) .. At times the productions have seemed better on espn3 than they would on local television stations. i have no explanation for this.

It's produced by ASN, but here are the clearances (lots of CSN channels).
