0-8 vs. 0-8, in a city that doesn't care.

It's Columbia's senior day. Give them all the credit for not losing hope.

I'm sure there is a NCAA Division III or maybe an NAIA game today that is worse...though not much worse.

Marist is up 35-0 on Davidson at the half.

Just a classic way for Columbia to lose. Fall behind 21-0 and pull off a tremendous comeback to tie at 21 and then score the go-ahead touchdown, only to have the extra point blocked and returned for 2. Then Cornell scores on a 60+ yard touchdown run for the 30-27 final. The 3 point swing on the PAT was the difference. Brutal loss.

I watched much of the game, Columbia deserved better. I say what I have said for 40 years. Columbia is not just bad, they are jinxed.

At least the Columbia marching band deserves some props (as does Cornell's too). Better than those hideous scramble bands at Harvard and some of the other Ivies.

You don't come for the football, you come for the view. The seagulls on the visitor side are insufferable.

Since when does Columbia not have a scramble band. Cornell was always the only Ivy school with a traditional band.

Columbia should't even be said in the same breath as the Cornell band.
