Saturday’s rivalry showdown at the Bowl, in reality, is an elimination game. The losing team is not mathematically out of the race, but their chances for a piece of the Ancient Eight crown are slimmer than snow having to be plowed from the Class of 1954 Field on a game day. Yale (7-1) and Princeton (5-3) share 4-1 Ivy records and second place with Dartmouth on the second-to-last week of the season. The Bulldogs kickoff “Big Three” play by hosting the Tigers at 12:30 on “Legends of the Bowl” and senior day, which can be seen on the Ivy Digital Network and heard on the Yale Football Radio Network (960 AM in New Haven).
