Good morning AGS! I was able to attend the Villanova/Towson game this week. Here's a look at some of the scouting notes from that game

There's some good stuff in the link. For the curious, the following Division I-AA/FCS teams have at least one game from 2014 covered in the write-ups in the link:
*Delaware
*Delaware State
*Fordham (2)
*Harvard
*Lafayette
*Monmouth
*Montana
*North Dakota State
*Princeton
*St. Francis PA
*Southeast Louisiana
*Stony Brook
*Towson (2)
*Villanova
*Wagner
*William & Mary

For Football CEO, you may want to post your link at the following sites, mentioning the appropriate games on each site (Memphis/Temple and West Chester/East Stroudsburg):
Temple Scout - Cherry and White Forum (OwlsDaily.com): http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=186&f=3506
Division II Football Message Board - PSAC Board - http://www.d2messageboard.com/forumdisplay.php?25-PSAC

Really?!? Wow.
Even though I'm a Temple football fan (yes they exist, and for everyone else on AGS they exist besides me and Lehigh TUOwl), I will say the Temple Scout message board has a lot of posters who annoy me (they are either blindly slanted toward Temple and can't think objectively or are negative nitwits - I guess to be fair a lot of teams' fans at every level of every sport are like that xrolleyesx).

Yep..this was back in 2009 I believe when I started doing video previews and I posted a Temple preview & D2 Football preview and they both shut me down. The Temple one was more b/c of Scout.com and not the fan board itself.. But the D2 board was the moderator…even though I tried to partner up with them to provide video and they still were like no. I felt as though D2 Football.com & D3 Football.com wants no part of growth outside of their circle.

It is probably in part because of how the boards are set up (with subforums for each Super Region and then each conference within each Super Region), but the D2 Football Message Board gets considerably less traffic than AGS, and unlike the D2 board where to my knowledge it is the only game in town, AGS isn't the only Division I-AA/FCS board (though I think it is the busiest). Some of that is probably due to the greater level of interest in Division I-AA football relative to Division II football, but some of that may also be due to a possible anti-growth stance. I don't know.
What I do know is about 15% of all NFL players come from non-Division I-A schools, and there aren't an insignificant number of Division I-AA and even Division II players in the NFL. (The Division III number is pretty small but there are a few.)
