Battling rain and heavy winds at Franklin Field, junior back-up quarterback Seth Rosenbauer (Lima, OH) displayed his versatility and enabled Brown to establish a much-needed run game to counter the elements, rushing for 206 yards and two touchdowns to lead Brown to a 21-13 Ivy League win over Penn Saturday afternoon.
