Brown senior wide receiver Reiley Higgins (Coto de Caza, CA) was named the Ivy League’s Special Teams Player of the Week after scoring two touchdowns in Brown’s 42-16 win over Cornell, including one of the rarest plays in football, a touchdown return of an onside kick.
