Brookings, S.D. - The Youngstown State football team used a solid all-around effort to defeat South Dakota State 30-27 at Coughlin-Alumni Stadium on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. The victory marked the first time since 1974 that the Penguins won in Brookings.
