The 2013 NEC co-champions opened their 2014 league schedules in triumphant fashion this past Saturday. Sacred Heart moved to 5-1 overall by running past Robert Morris at home in Week 7. Meanwhile, Duquesne, which has earned a share of the Northeast Conference crown in two of the past three years, clipped Central Connecticut in the “#NECFB Game of the Week on ESPN3” in New Britain, CT.
