The running game came through. But so did sophomore Jordan West. The second-ranked Eastern Washington University football team rushed for 280 yards to take pressure off the first career start by West, and the Eagles went on to defeat Southern Utah 42-30 Saturday (Oct. 11) in a Big Sky Conference game at Eccles Coliseum in Cedar City, Utah.
