what type of game favors either team?

If you are planning to attend, parking may be a pain if you don't get there early. We may only get 5,000 people in the stadium but if you told me 20,000 were on the property it wouldn't surprise me.

The Deadbirds have so many offensive weapons, I'm not sure our defense can keep up. Defensively, they are super stout, loaded with FBS transfers. I don't see how our offense protects our QB, opens holes for our RB's, and gets enough space quickly enough to throw the ball to our receivers.

This is gonna be a tall mountain for a bunch of Trees to climb. Hopefully, we can keep it respectable. We've already won four more games than most expected us to win, so now it's all just icing on the cake!

I don't care how great you look at home, winning on the road is what separates winners from the losers. When you get to sleep in your own bed, walk to the stadium and you know you've got the fans behind you it seems to make it a bit easier to play free and loose. I think this one will be close, I dare not pick a winner.....but this one should be one of the better GOTW. I'm biased, so I'm going to say slight edge to my Redbirds, but what the hell do I know. I haven't seen Indiana State all year. Good Luck guys.

Well I know Indiana State has a better overall resume, but SDSU was a Top 10 team and the Birds won by 5 TDs. If that isn't proving yourself then I don't know what is. This should be a whale of a game though. I was really impressed with Indiana State. Their QB is really good, and came out and just hit us in the mouth. If they do that again they can easily win this game.

My prediction though:

I certainly don't see it as a choke. We could have (maybe should have) won that game with a freshman QB. Stuff happens. When your three year starter gets scratched on game day, that usually spells disaster. Matt had his issues, but made some plays. It sucks to lose, but we did much better than I anticipated.

Next week in Fargo will be a great game! I fully anticipate a healthy Perish. Should be a good one!

Remember to look at the glass as being half full and not half empty. You guys had a chance to win late in the game and not being blown out like last year. A lot of people mock moral victories but being there at the end of the game is a good thing.

Im only disappointed. No big deal. Pre-MVC play this wasn't one of the 5 wins I promised Clenz anyway. I just thought we stole one that had everything going against us. We are not far from being 2-0 or 0-2 in conference play
