The milestones keep coming and going for Eastern Washington University quarterback Vernon Adams Jr. Just a junior, the Walter Payton Award candidate broke the Big Sky Conference record for career touchdown passes in leading the second-ranked Eagles to a 56-53 Big Sky Conference victory over Idaho State Saturday (Oct. 4) at Roos Field in Cheney, Wash.
