Quite a few preseason Mid-Majors from I-AA tied schools...not too bad now, is it? Nice collection of MM talent...

Preseason Mid-Major All-America Team

Division I coaches and NBA scouts are part of the selection process, but final decision rests with the collegeinsider.com staff. A player, shockingly left off: Albany's Jamar Wilson. As many saw in last years near upset of UCONN in the first round, Marcus Williams (of the NETS) got beat pretty bad by Jamar. The America East player of the year (who spurned offers...legit ones...from St. Johns, Hofstra, Seton Hall, etc.) is a human highlight reel.

Jamar also went nuts on a summer team that went to Europe...featuring MAJOR program players...basically leading that team.

In a scrimmage against UMASS, he went so ballistic that Travis Ford stated "we had no one who could stay in front of him." UMass is picked second in the A-Ten!!!

By the end of the year...Jamar will be on that list!!!!
