Patriot: Nick Alfieri Named Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week

Senior linebacker Nick Alfieri (Portland, Ore./Jesuit/The Hotchkiss School) was named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week when the league announced its weekly award winners on Monday afternoon. Alfieri finished with a season-high 14 tackles and one interception in the Georgetown University football team's (1-2, 0-0 Patriot League) 27-7 victory over Marist on Saturday.
