The Charlotte Observer says this morning that Paul Johnson at Navy (and formerly at Georgia Southern) is a candidate for the UNC job. He, of course, will not speculate.

everyone is a candidate for the UNC job, they are throwing out crazy $$$$$$$$$$$$$

Why didn't that pantheon of nepotism give PJ the job 4 years ago? PJ would do a great job there (much like Mack Brown did), but I suspect that the Tar Heels will find another coach who played or coached there like they always do.

Well, that would be the ultimate test of the spread option - can it exist and succeed at the higest level of college football? Of course, one could argue that North Carolina can never be considered the highest level of college football. xlolx

I was wondering if he would bring the option

Ofcourse, I think it would work at first and then teams would adjust to it.
