Looks like one conference has been eliminated from the playoff hunt.

Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Purdue and Northwestern lose.

Illinois, Nebraska, Penn State, Rutgers, Iowa, Minnesota and Maryland all win against lesser (supposedly) teams, but not very convincingly.

I've been a fan all my life, but this may be the low point in football, for the conference as a whole, that I've seen.

Haha, I'm loving it.
I suppose I "should" be a fan of the Big "Ten", being in the midwest and all, but I'm so sick of their attitude thinking they're so much better than everyone else. It is great to see them brought back to reality.

Though I wonder how this will influence their debate about playing FCS teams in the future.

Yes, kind of glad to see the B1G falter. They always think they're really great, and maybe educationally they are. Sports, not so much. Last year, WBB (yes Women's basketball :P ) SDSU women went 3-0 vs B1G schools (Penn St., Minn, Ind.) so always a pleasure to see them fall.

mmmmmm yes, watching Notre Dame/Michigan was so delightful. First time shut out in 30 years. Biggest butt-whooping the Fighting Irish have ever dropped on Michigan....to make it better, last scheduled meeting, and ND scheduled a H/H with tOSU this week. **** Michigan.

Does this sign in the B1G mean that the biggest CFB conference ATM in the entire Midwest is MVFC? Or NSIC? (D-II)

Maybe they should start an annual Big 10/MVFC Challenge. I think this year, it would be pretty interesting.

Who the hell is jealous of them? They've turned into the laughing stock of their subdivision.

You were referring to UMass? We should move on from them.

Time to focus on the "committed" FCS teams...
