A total of 56 teams and all 13 Division I Football Championship Subdivision conferences had at least two representatives in the 13th-annual College Sporting News FCS Preseason All-America team.


Eastern Washington and Fordham head the team total with each school having five representatives to the 13th annual College Sporting News Division I FCS Preseason All-American teams.
