Looks like we're taking a page out of the Oregon playbook.

I'm old school. I prefer the clean and traditional look. I realize that the players of today seem to prefer a fashion show, but I don't have to like it.

Why? For the love of God, why would anyone follow Oregon's lead in uniform selection?

Looks pretty cool to me. I've always like the big D on the front of the helmet.

Just spitballing here... but maybe because it works?
When was the last time Penn State was in the national championship discussion?

Not too long before they were hit with sanctions. Now that's a pattern that works, just ask Ohio State, USC, ....

Though it's nice that they included citdog there in the background.

A pair of "indian feathers" instead of the stripes, and the "D" helmet would be fantastic! It'll never happen, but still.

"Alternate" meaning what? To be worn in selected games only?

Not sure, but don't be surprised if we wear them on November 1st.

Unless there's an away version as well the choices seem limited. I gather that Nov. 1 is the Crimson at home? Is that homecoming? It would make sense.

It's all part of plan to make the Crimson forget they are playing Dartmouth... the Green's only chance at victory.

Whatever works, dude.
When I was playing, beating Harvard was no big deal. But for whatever reason, the task has gotten difficult in the past 15 years or so.
