The Lamar Cardinals look to close out the first week of fall camp Saturday with their first scrimmage of the preseason. The scrimmage is slated to be a 40-play scrimmage that will see the first-team offense square off against the first-team defense and so on. The scrimmage is set to begin at 10 a.m. from Provost Umphrey Stadium with position drills, before play calling begins.
