As an FCS football and NE Patriots fan I was impressed and pleased to see Garoppolo play so well last night, even if it was against 2nd and 3rd team defenders. He looked confident in the pocket, showed a quick release, and threw some great passes. He really seemed to click with the rookie receiver Tyms. The box score shows only one TD pass, but there really should have been two. A bad call negated another one.
