Power Rankings

First off, I'm new to the site but have been a long time reader. You guys provide great discussion here which has been helpful through the years

My question is do any of you guys do power ratings and if not have any references? I've looked at the Keepers Football webpage and he does a phenomenal job. I've also used the atomic football webpage which is a good read for predictions but he doesn't provide classic PRs. I miss the old Phil Steele FCS preview book as that hasn't been an option for the last few years.

If you guys don't have direct PR resources, what sites do you use and recommend for a thorough preseason preview? Thanks
