I figured that VTech is the best FBS program of those being faced, and I don't see them allowing another in-state FCS team to come in and win. That being said, W&M is my vote.

Virginia Tech only loses to in-state FCS teams (JMU/Richmond).

didn't Duke win the ACC last year? maybe they lost a lot of players or something, you guys probably know more than me on that. i know they beat Tech in Blacksburg.

my vote was for Elon, just because of how good i expect Duke to be. again, that's a guess. hard for me to pick W&M in this poll, since they usually play really well against FBS teams.

This poll is more difficult than I thought it would be. Forced to pick the unlikeliest I went with Elon v. Duke but a win by any of the CAA teams wouldn't necessarily shock the football world.
