Athlon Sports has ranked Jacksonville State (No. 6), Tennessee State (No. 17) and Eastern Illinois (No. 24) in its FCS Preseason Top 25 for 2014 while also tabbing four OVC players as preseason All-Americans in its annual yearbook which was published recently.
