For the second consecutive season, former Wagner standout C.O. Prime, a native of Laval, Quebec, has earned a spot on the roster of the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). The 6-1, 255-pound Prime, who was drafted in the third round of the 2013 CFL draft (19th overall), saw action in eight games last season for the Tiger-Cats after signing on September 9, and came up with seven special teams tackles in his rookie season.
