Kevin Rodgers, QB, Henderson StateParticulars: 6-foot-3, 215 pounds
Buzz: Rodgers has been a finalist for the Harlon Hill Trophy -- which goes to the top player in Division II -- in each of the past two seasons. Last season, he threw for 4,807 yards with 40 TDs and 12 picks.

I know he's division II, but if you get a chance to watch him on Sept. 18 on TV, you'll see why he made this list. Over/under on 500 yards passing in that game alone.

Not a very good list for the top 14 names. 2 of those guys are complete rejects. Only about 4 of them would get drafted if the draft were held today.

Rodgers is a productive D2 player but not a NFL QB. He doesn't have the arm strength. He will get a shot in a camp as a tryout or maybe a contract, with a good pro day, but he won't make it in the NFL unless his arm is MUCH stronger this fall. Like I said, he is a good D2 QB but not a legit NFL prospect. He's not even the best NFL prospect on his own team.

Never said he was. But he's a good QB to watch. That's all.

He is fun to watch. I know you didn't say that. My reply was to him being rated that high. He's not rated nearly as high by the NFL scouts I have talked to.

This list is awful. No Chattanooga players.

They probably forgot that UTC was not a FBS school, they are so big time and all.

Johnson is a beast when healthy.

Trail, Tartt, and Johnson for sure based on my film evals and what teams are telling me.

Now, there are 3 others on that list I would personally draft late and one of them is Wagenmann. I just feel the first three are the only slam dunks at this point.

If I could see Pruitt workout, and he looked good, then I would add him to the definite list because I love his game. I just wish he was 6'4 instead of 6'2.

Wagenmann measured 6025, 258 with a 33 inch arm and 9 3/4 hand at the junior pro day. I think you could argue Takai is just as good of a prospect. He's 6'2, 323 and probably runs a 5.1 or 5.2 40.

I posted the full list in another thread. No shock he is on it. He played hurt last season so he should have a big time senior year.
