The Sporting News has ranked Jacksonville State (No. 4), Tennessee State (No. 13) and Eastern Illinois (No. 22) in its FCS Preseason Top 25 for 2014 while also tabbing five OVC players as preseason All-Americans in its annual yearbook which was published recently.
