University of Maine football standout kicker Sean Decloux (Ottawa, Ontario) and linebacker Christophe Mulumba Tshimanga have earned preseason Beyond Sports Network (BSN) All-America honors. Decloux was named to the BSN preseason All-America second team while Mulumba Tshimanga earned a third team accolade.
