WCU announced their home game start times today. The first three home games start at 3:30 pm; the final three at 2 pm - no evening/night games.

When does your games start, and what's the best start time?
Is attendance better for day or night games?

I hate early KOs.

I'm not sure why or how that is. I noticed a lot of KU games were at 11am. I'd get in the car at noon and it would be in the 2nd quarter already. Weird.

For the Ivies, we do have night games but it is up to the schools on determining which of their home games are night games each season. Harvard opens its season with a Friday night game against Holy Cross, then we have another night game at Brown the week after that. To the best of my knowledge Harvard hasn't hosted Saturday night games yet.

6pm at Southern U. last week they announced that our November games would start at 1pm but The Jaguar Nation roared so loud about 2 hours later the games were switched back to 6 xlolx

All of NDSU's home games are at 2:30pm except homecoming which is at 1:00pm.

I prefer night games because there's a lot to get done in the fall but I guess whatever puts more butts in seats and in front of TV's seems to be priority 1 which is understandable.

Before TV gets in and adjusts the times, games in Newark are 6 PM in August/September, 3:30 in October, and Noon in November. Non-Saturday games start at 7 PM usually, but those are usually limited to the first week.

There have been less than 5 UNI games that have kicked off at a time other than 4pm since Farley took over...I'm not sure before that

Farley loves that time and fights every attempt to play at a different time.

Our first four home games will start at 7:00 pm. The remaining home games will start at 6:00 pm. We tried afternoon games a couple of years ago, but there was a lot of negative feedback. Thankfully, the AD listened to the fans.

The Leopards are all over the place with game times. We have had more night games in recent memory but last season we tried the 3:30 start. I hated it, I felt like the flow of the day way off. And the crowed seemed confused. Not to mention the sun issue at Fisher Field. For more than half the game whoever is headed toward the field house cannot see a thing! You avoid much of that with the 1 PM of 7 PM games.

As far as road games Southern has two 1:00 PM starts, a 4:00 PM start, and 2 6:00 PM starts. The ULL start has not been announced yet.
