Youngstown State: Ross Watson Joins Program as Director of Football Operations

Youngstown State Head Football Coach Eric Wolford announced on Friday that Ross Watson has been named the Penguins' Director of Football Operations. Watson spent the past two years as a defensive backs coach at Florida Atlantic.
