Indiana State head football coach Mike Sanford announced today (April 7) that Jeff Mills has been hired as the Sycamores' defensive line coach replacing Mike Lucas who recently left the program to become the defensive coordinator at Northwestern State. Additionally, coach Sanford announced that Jami DeBerry has moved to the defensive side of the football and will coach the safeties in addition to his duties as special teams coordinator and Anthony Perkins will coach the other positions inside the defensive secondary.
