Elon University head football coach Rich Skrosky added Jerry Petercuskie to his staff in January of 2014 as the new Phoenix defensive coordinator and linebackers coach. A coaching veteran of 38 years, Petercuskie had previously spent six seasons at North Carolina State University as that program's special teams coach and recruiting coordinator.
