Portland State offensive lineman Mitchell Van Dyk recently played in the College All-Star Bowl in Greenville, SC as he tries to impress professional football scouts leading up to the NFL Draft. Van Dyk played four seasons for the Vikings, the last three as a starter. He was named first team All-Big Sky Conference and a third-team All-American by the Sports Network as a right tackle in 2013.*
